I didn’t always know how to feel well.
In fact, I spent years chasing it—through clean eating, supplements, intense workouts, more water… but something was still missing.
My journey started with fitness. I thought if I just moved more, ate less, and followed the “healthy” trends, I’d feel great. And for a while, it worked...until it didn’t.
Eventually, I found myself burnt out, frustrated, and full of symptoms that didn’t seem connected… but were all signs that something deeper was going on. So I tried targeting them one by one: the bloating, the fatigue, the debilitating PMS, the brain fog. But the more I tried to “fix” each thing individually, the more I realized I was missing the bigger picture.
That’s when everything shifted.
I started to understand that our bodies aren’t broken—they’re brilliant. My symptoms weren’t the problem; they were communication. Signals. Clues.
Once I learned how to work with my body—not against it—I uncovered a new kind of wellness. One that was rooted in healing the environment within my body that allow these symptoms to manifest in the first place.
I’ve been on every end of the spectrum—from perfectionist health chaser to totally disconnected—and I get how overwhelming it can feel. Especially if you’ve been dismissed, gaslit, or told “everything looks normal.”
Now, it’s my mission to help others connect the dots in their health stories—so they can stop spinning their wheels and start feeling like themselves again.
